iPhone OS 3.1 Has Just Released, Update For Free From iTune 9

Yesterday, Apple has just make the newest operating system for iPhone 3.0 and iPod Touch, iPhone OS 3.1 available for free.  This firmware can be downloaded freely by both users through iTunes 9.
